SPA ETIQUETTE 

 

AGREEMENT: When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the below policies.

 

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS: We understand life happens and you might need to cancel your appointment. Your spa treatment is reserved just for you. Please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can give your time slot to others. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice and No Shows will be charged a $50.00 fee. You may be required put down a non-refundable deposit to hold a future appointment.

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If you arrive late and we begin your session, it may end at the original appointed time. If you are running late, please call us ASAP. Since another client might be booked in the next hour, your session might be shortened or rebooked to another time. You are responsible for the full service fee even if the session is shortened. Please be on time!

 

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Please keep your valuables at your side, at home, or in your vehicle. The spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen item.

 

GRATUITY: Standard gratuity for spa services is 15-25% on the value of the service, excluding any promotional discount or coupons. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Promotional gift certificate purchases expire within one year of the purchase date. No cash value or refunds for gift certificate purchases. If you are using a gift voucher, please quote us the Voucher Number when booking your spa time slot. If you do not show up for your appointment, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and voided on the date of your appointment.

 

REFUNDS: Unfortunately, skin care products, spa services, and gift certificates are non-refundable.

 

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.  We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest.  Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP A SERVICE OR REFUSE A SERVICE at the spa's discretion if at any time the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the client's information provided at the time of consultation, medication history, injuries or composition.

 

In every situation, there are exceptions and we are happy to evaluate each one on a case by case basis.
